Coronavirus update:

Under no circumstances are patients to visit the surgery with a new cough and/or high temperature (over 37.8), unless instructed to do so.

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus in the UK, Llys Meddyg are now operating a telephone triage service only, in order to avoid footfall to the surgery. If you require an urgent appointment, please dial 01492 592424. On answering the telephone, the Receptionist will ask you to describe your symptoms and if appropriate will organise for a clinician to call you back.

Prescriptions can be requested by posting through the letterbox in the surgery door or telephoning your regular chemist to request. During this unprecedented time we will also accept requests over the telephone. If you already subscribe to My Health Online you can continue to use this service. Prescriptions can no longer be collected from the surgery, therefore please disclose which nominated pharmacy you would like to collect from.

As the chemists are extremely busy currently, please allow for 3-5 working days for prescriptions to be processed.

Additionally, you must check with your local pharmacy before visiting if they are continuing to run their Choose Pharmacy scheme.

Llys Meddyg Surgery is NOT CLOSED. However, to access the surgery for pre-arranged appointments you will need to ring the bell. Please be patient as sometimes our staff are engaged in other duties and may not be able to get to the door quickly.
